ROYAL DECREE-LAW 32\/2021, OF DECEMBER 28, ON URGENT MEASURES FOR LABOR REFORM, THE GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT STABILITY AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE LABOR MARKET<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eighth final provision. Entry into force.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. This royal decree-law shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the \"Official State Gazette\", with the exception of the precepts referred to in section 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. The following precepts shall enter into force three months after its publication in the \"Official State Gazette\":<\/strong><\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> Section one of the first article, modifying article 11 of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute Law.<\/p>\n

Consolidation of the Workers' Statute Law, without prejudice to the provisions of the third transitory provision.<\/p>\n

c)<\/strong> Section four of article one, modifying article 16 of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute Law.<\/p>\n

d)<\/strong> Section seven of the third article, which introduces, in the revised text of the General Social Security Law, a new additional forty-first provision of protection measures for workers affected by the application of the RED Mechanism regulated in Article 47 bis of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute Law.<\/p>\n

e)<\/strong> Section nine of the third article, which introduces, in the revised text of the General Social Security Law, a new additional forty-third provision on Social Security contributions for alternate training contracts.<\/p>\n

f)<\/strong> Sections 2 and 3 of the sole repeal provision.<\/p>\n
