According to the provision of the General Treasury of the Social Security, the quota of the self-employed for the year 2020 will not rise until the approval of the General State Budgets. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In January 2020, the quota of the self-employed should have increased according to the new types of contributions for the year 2020, as established by RD-Law 28\/2018 of December 28, but Social Security has decided to wait for the approval of the General State Budgets, to apply the new types of contributions.<\/p>\n

The Royal Decree-Law 28\/2018 of December 28<\/strong>, for the revaluation of public pensions and other urgent measures in social, labor and employment matters<\/em>, in its Second Transitional Provision establishes for the year 2020, a progressive increase in the types of contributions applicable for professional contingencies and for the cessation of activity of self-employed workers, with respect to the year 2019. The new types of contributions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Therefore, at the moment for the year 2020, the monthly fee that the self-employed individual (\u20ac 283.31) and the business owners (\u20ac 364.22) is kept, until Social Security applies the new types of contributions corresponding to the 2020, which will be for the self-employed individual (\u20ac 286.15) and for the corporate (\u20ac 367.87).<\/p>\n
