Order of October 26, 2020 of the Ministry of Health, by which additional measures are adopted, of a temporary nature, to face the COVID-19 epidemic in the Region of Murcia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 1. Purpose.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is the object of this order to establish for the Region of Murcia, on a temporary basis, a set of additional restrictive measures, in response to the high risk assessment of the COVID-19 epidemic in which the Region of Murcia is currently .<\/p>\n

Article 2 Scope of application.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The set of measures and recommendations established in this Order will be applicable to all residents or citizens who are in the territorial scope of the Region of Murcia.<\/p>\n

Article 3. General measures and recommendations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 Citizens will try to limit as much as possible social contacts outside of stable coexistence groups.<\/p>\n

3.2 The entire population is recommended to stay as long as possible in their homes, limiting outings to carry out essential activities and avoiding, as far as possible, closed spaces, as well as those environments in which activities incompatible with the use of the mask or in which there is a large influx of people.<\/p>\n

3.3 It is recommended that the entire population download the Radar-COVID smartphone application and self-create a personal record of the people with whom they have had a direct relationship in order to facilitate contact tracing.<\/p>\n

3.4 The establishments and activities provided for in section II of the annex to the Agreement of June 19, 2020 of the Governing Council, open or aimed at the public, may not carry out their activity between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.5 It is forbidden to eat and drink in public spaces that do not belong to hotel and restaurant establishments when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance, except cohabitants.<\/p>\n

3.6 Efforts will be made to encourage and promote the use of teleworking whenever feasible, especially in the case of people especially vulnerable to the disease.<\/p>\n

3.7 Visits to student residences by outsiders are suspended. Likewise, these centers must limit the occupation of common areas to one third of their capacity.<\/p>\n

Article 4. Measures and recommendations applicable to certain sectors of activity regulated in section II of the annex to the Agreement of June 19, 2020, of the Governing Council.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1 The postponement of the parties and celebrations after the wedding ceremonies and of any kind, whether civil or religious, referred to in subparagraph 3 of section II of the annex to the Agreement, is recommended. In the event that said postponement is not possible, the maximum number of participants is kept at 30 people both outdoors and indoors, and they must remain seated at all times.<\/p>\n

4.2 In establishments and retail business premises and services to the public, the maximum occupancy allowed will be fifty percent of the capacity of the premises.<\/p>\n

4.3 In the case of markets or flea markets that carry out their activity on public roads, no more than seventy-five percent of the authorized stalls may be exceeded, with respect to the space normally used.<\/p>\n

4.4 In the academies, training centers, public and private centers of non-regulated education and driving schools, the telematic realization of their activities will be sought. In those cases in which this is not possible, the maximum occupancy of the facilities will be fifty percent of its capacity, with a maximum of thirty people in each group, provided that the interpersonal safety distance can be respected. Likewise, face-to-face assistance to people in situations of special vulnerability to COVID-19 should be avoided.<\/p>\n

4.5 The maximum allowed occupation of the interior of the hotel and restaurant premises will be 30 percent of the capacity, except in those municipalities for which more intense restriction measures have been expressly approved.<\/p>\n

The maximum allowed occupation of the terraces and outdoor spaces of the establishments for hotels, restaurants, gambling and betting of all the municipalities of the Region will be the authorized total, provided that it is possible to maintain the separation distance of 1.5 meters . This distance must be respected by establishing the reference between the closest chairs used by each table or group of them, and not between each table.<\/p>\n

Municipalities are recommended to temporarily extend the exterior surface authorized to this type of premises for use as a terrace, in order to stimulate consumption in the open air and reduce the risk of contagion.<\/p>\n

In any case, the activity of home delivery and collection of food prepared for consumption outside the premises may be maintained, guaranteeing social distancing measures between customers.<\/p>\n

The use of the mask will be mandatory at all times in these establishments, and it can be removed only for the intake of food or beverages.<\/p>\n

4.6 The maximum occupancy allowed in the common areas of hotels, hostels, hostels and other tourist accommodation will be one third of their usual capacity.<\/p>\n

4.8 The maximum occupancy allowed in cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, tent circuses and similar activities in closed establishments and outdoor cultural activities will be fifty percent of their capacity, and a separation of at least 1.5 meters must be respected between spectators or groups of spectators<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
