DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT NUMBER 1\/2021, OF JANUARY 4, BY WHICH MEASURES ARE ADOPTED TO LIMIT THE MOVEMENT OF PERSONS OF A TERRITORIAL CHARACTER FOR THE DIFFERENT MUNICIPALITIES OF THE REGION OF MURCIA, ACCORDING TO ROYAL DECREE 926\/2020, OF OCTOBER 25 , THAT THE ALARM STATE IS DECLARED TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF INFECTIONS CAUSED BY SARS COV-2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 1. Limitation of the entry and exit of persons from the territorial scope of the municipalities of Abanilla, Fortuna, Jumilla, La Uni\u00f3n, Las Torres de Cotillas, Los Alc\u00e1zares, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera and Villanueva del R\u00edo Segura.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By virtue of the provisions of article 6.2 of Royal Decree 926\/2020, of October 25, which declares the state of alarm to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-CoV-2, the free entry and exit of people from the respective territorial scope of the municipalities of Abanilla, Fortuna, Jumilla, La Uni\u00f3n, Las Torres de Cotillas, Los <\/strong>Alc\u00e1zares, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera y Villanueva del R\u00edo Segura<\/strong>, except for properly justified trips, which occur for any of the following reasons:<\/p>\n

a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.<\/strong>
\nb) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.<\/strong>
\nc) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.<\/strong>
\nd) Return to the place of habitual or family residence.<\/strong>
\ne) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.<\/strong>
\nf) Travel to financial and insurance entities or refueling stations in neighboring territories.<\/strong>
\ng) Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies.<\/strong>
\nh) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.<\/strong>
\ni) Carrying out exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.<\/strong>
\nj) Due to force majeure or need.<\/strong>
\nk) Justified trips to airports, ports, train or bus stations to take or pick up passengers who make trips whose cause is justified under this Decree, as long as they have the status of direct relatives by consanguinity or affinity up to the second degree .<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 5. Effects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This decree will take effect from 00:00 hours on January 6, 2021 and will remain in effect for 14 calendar days until 00:00 hours on January 20, 2021.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
