Modification of the President's Decree No. 11\/2020, of December 22, which updates the restriction measures adopted under Royal Decree 926\/2020, of October 25, which declares the state of alarm to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-CoV-2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The wording of article 1.1 of the President's Decree No. 11\/2020, of December 22, which updates the restriction measures adopted under Royal Decree 926\/2020, of October 25, by which the state of alarm is declared to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-CoV-2, being worded as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1.1 The limitation of the <strong>freedom of movement of people at night during the period between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.<\/strong> under the provisions of article 5 of Royal Decree 926\/2020, of October 25, which declares the state of alarm to contain the spread of infections caused by SARSCoV-2. \"<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 2. Limitation of the entry and exit of people from the territorial scope of the municipalities of Abanilla, Albudeite, Los Alc\u00e1zares, Alguazas, Cartagena, Ceut\u00ed, Cieza, Fortuna, Jumilla, Lorca, Lorqu\u00ed, Molina de Segura, Moratalla, Mula, Murcia , Ricote, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera, Las Torres de Cotillas, La Uni\u00f3n, Villanueva del R\u00edo Segura and Yecla.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The free entry and exit of people from the respective territorial scope of the municipalities of Abanilla, Albudeite, Los Alc\u00e1zares, Alguazas, Cartagena, Ceut\u00ed, Cieza, Fortuna, Jumilla, Lorca, Lorqu\u00ed, Molina de Segura, Moratalla, Mula, Murcia, is restricted. Ricote, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera, Las Torres de Cotillas, La Uni\u00f3n, Villanueva del R\u00edo Segura and Yecla, except for properly justified trips that occur for any of the following reasons:<\/p>\n<p>a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.<br \/>\nb) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.<br \/>\nc) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.<br \/>\nd) Return to the place of habitual or family residence.<br \/>\ne) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.<br \/>\nf) Travel to financial and insurance entities or refueling stations in neighboring territories.<br \/>\ng) Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies.<br \/>\nh) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.<br \/>\ni) Carrying out exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.<br \/>\nj) Due to force majeure or need.<br \/>\nk) Justified trips to airports, ports, train or bus stations to take or pick up passengers who make trips whose cause is justified under this Decree, as long as they have the status of direct relatives by consanguinity or affinity up to the second degree .<br \/>\nl) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 7. Efficacy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Decree will take effect on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
