RESOLUTION OF DECEMBER 30, 2020, OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF LABORA SERVICIO VALENCIANO DE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING, BY WHICH SUBSIDIES ARE CALLED FOR THE YEAR 2021 FOR THE SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SELF-EMPLOYED WORK OF WOMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Second. Purpose and scope<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to promote entrepreneurship through the program to support the maintenance of autonomous work for women, by which a subsidy is granted for the hiring of unemployed people who carry out autonomous pregnant women or in the process of adoption , so that they can transfer the necessary knowledge to enable the maintenance of the activity during maternity leave.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Subsidies will only be granted for work centers located in the Valencian Community.<\/p>\n

Third. Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Self-employed women who are pregnant or in the process of adoption at the time of eligible recruitment may be beneficiaries of this call.<\/p>\n

Fourth. Conditions for granting the subsidy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The granting of the grant will require:<\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> The hiring must be carried out as of January 1, 2021 and always prior to the maternity leave of the self-employed woman.<\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> The person hired must have remained unemployed, maintaining the registration as a job seeker at LABORA Valencian Employment and Training Service until hiring.<\/p>\n

c)<\/strong> The person hired must not maintain a kinship relationship with the beneficiary by consanguinity or affinity up to and including the second degree, or its equivalent in the case of common-law couples.<\/p>\n

Fifth. Grant amount<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> The amount of the subsidy will be:<\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> In the case of full-time temporary contracts of at least 3 months duration: 1,500 euros.<\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> In the case of full-time temporary contracts of at least 6 months duration: 3,500 euros.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> The amounts indicated in section 1 will be increased by 500 euros if a person with functional diversity or a woman is hired.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Part-time contracts of at least 30 hours a week will be eligible, with a proportional reduction in the amount of aid.<\/p>\n

Sixth. Form and deadline for submitting applications<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> The application will preferably be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the procedure enabled for this purpose and called \"EAUTOM 2021.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> The deadline for submitting applications will be from 01\/21\/2021 to 09\/01\/2021. In addition to this general term, applications must be submitted within two months from the contract that is the subject of the subsidy.<\/p>\n

Seventh. Documentation that must accompany the application<\/strong><\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Direct debit data.<\/p>\n

f)<\/strong> Certificate or resolution accrediting the functional diversity of the person hired.<\/p>\n

h)<\/strong> Medical certificate proving the situation of pregnancy and the probable date of delivery or Declaration of suitability of the Council for the Adoption of Minors of the Generalitat.<\/p>\n

i)<\/strong> Employment contract that gives rise to the subsidy.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> The application and the standard forms for the processing of these grants are available on the LABORA website<\/p>\n

Fourteenth. obligations of beneficiary people<\/strong><\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> Formalize employment contracts in writing, having to include in its clauses the estimated duration expressed in full months.<\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Part-time contracts must expressly include in their clauses the number of weekly hours of work.<\/p>\n

c)<\/strong> Maintain the employment relationship with the worker whose hiring motivated the aid at least during the subsidized period of 3 or 6 months.<\/p>\n

d)<\/strong> To certify the performance of the activity that bases the granting of the aid, as well as compliance with the requirements and conditions that determine that grant.<\/p>\n

i)<\/strong> Provide, within a month after the end of the maintenance period of the subsidized contract, a declaration in a standardized model on compliance with transparency obligations.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
