DECREE LAW 1\/202, OF JANUARY 22, OF THE CONSELL, BY WHICH THE RESISTANCE PLAN IS APPROVED, WHICH INCLUDES PARENTHESIS AID IN EACH MUNICIPALITY FOR THE SECTORS MOST AFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 1. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this decree-law is to approve and regulate the Resist Plan, which includes Parenthesis Aid in each municipality for the sectors most affected by the pandemic, indicated in Annex II.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 3. Beneficiary entities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The beneficiaries of the Plan Resistir are the municipalities included in Annex I of this decree-law in whose municipal area economic activities are developed in the sectors listed in Annex II thereof, which have been affected by the restrictions imposed by the pandemic. As an example we cite the following municipalities:<\/p>\n\"\"\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 4. Amount<\/strong><\/p>\n

The maximum global amount of the aid derived from this decree law that the Generalitat will be responsible for assuming amounts to 100,000,000 euros, distributed as follows:<\/p>\n

* Generalitat> \u20ac 100 M<\/strong>
\n* Provincial Councils> \u20ac 36 M<\/strong>
\n* Municipalities> \u20ac 24 M<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 5. Distribution criteria of the Resistir Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n

The amount assigned by the Plan Resistir for each municipality has been distributed, according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> a fixed amount of \u20ac 2,000 for each self-employed person or micro-enterprise with a maximum of 10 workers in the sectors identified in Annex II.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> a fixed amount of \u20ac 200 per worker affiliated with Social Security as of December 31, 2020 for said micro-enterprises and self-employed workers in the sectors identified in Annex II.<\/p>\n

Article 7. Managing body<\/strong><\/p>\n
