Unilateral granting by the creditor of the notarial instruments in which the extension of term derived from the legal moratorium of the loans or credits guaranteed by mortgage or by another different inscribable right is formalized.
1. The recognition of the application of the suspension of the mortgage debt during the period of three months provided for in article 13.3 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of March 17, shall not be subject to the provisions of Law 5 / 2019, March 15, real estate credit.
2. The unilateral obligation of the creditor entity will be the elevation to public deed of the recognition of the suspension provided for in article 13.3 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of March 17.
3. Likewise, it will be a unilateral obligation of the creditor entity to promote the formalization of the policy or public deed in which the recognition of the suspension of the contractual obligations in the credits or loans without mortgage guarantee provided for in article 24.2 of the Royal Decree is documented. -ley 11/2020, of March 31
OPTION FOR A MUTUAL COLLABORATOR WITH THE SOCIAL SECURITY OF WORKERS OF THE SPECIAL REGIME OF SOCIAL SECURITY OF SELF-EMPLOYED OR SELF-EMPLOYED WORKERS WHO HAVE INITIALLY OPTED BY A MANAGING ENTITY
Workers included in the scope of application of the Special Social Security Scheme for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers who have not exercised the option provided for in article 83.1.b) consolidated text of the General Social Security Law, must provide compliance with the provisions of article 83.1.b. Said option will take effect from the first day of the second month following the end of this three-month period.
Once the term to carry out the option provided in the previous paragraph has elapsed without the worker having formalized the corresponding adhesion document, it will be understood that he has opted for the mutual with the largest number of self-employed associates in the province of the interested party's domicile , automatically joining with effect from the first day of the second month following the end of the three-month period referred to in the preceding paragraph.
