TITLE I
IV Social Agreement in Defense of Employment
Article 4. Extension of the protection measures for workers included in Royal Decree-Law 30/2020, of September 29, on social measures in defense of employment.
1. The extraordinary measures in the matter of unemployment protection regulated in article 8 of Royal Decree-Law 30/2020, of September 29, will be applicable until May 31, 2021, both for the people affected by the temporary regulation files of employment to which said precepts refer, as well as for those affected by the employment regulation files that are contemplated in this standard, with the following particularities:
b) Companies that have already submitted a collective application for access to unemployment benefit by virtue of the provisions of article 8.2 of Royal Decree-Law 30/2020, of September 29, will not be obliged to submit a new application regarding the working people included in the above.
