1. The period of validity of the state of alarm declared by Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, as well As its possible extensions, it will not count for the purposes of the duration of the verification actions of the Labor and Social Security Inspection. Likewise, such period will not be computed in the duration of the terms set by the officials of the Labor and Social Security Inspection System for the fulfillment of any requirements.
Exceptional from the provisions of the preceding paragraph are those verification actions and those requirements and stoppage orders derived from situations closely related to the facts justifying the state of alarm, or those that due to their seriousness or urgency are indispensable for the protection of the general interest, in which case it will be duly motivated, giving such motivation to the interested party.
2. During the period of validity of the state of alarm, declared by Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14 and its possible extensions, the limitation periods for actions to demand responsibilities in relation to compliance with the regulations of social order and Social Security.
3. All the terms related to the procedures regulated in the General Regulation on procedures for the imposition of sanctions for infractions of social order and for the liquidation files of Social Security quotas, approved by Royal Decree 928/1998, of May 14 , are affected by the suspension of administrative deadlines provided in the third additional provision of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14.
