ORDER MODIFYING THE ORDER OF THE COUNCIL OF BUSINESS, EMPLOYMENT, UNIVERSITIES AND SPOKESPERSON, OF MAY 31, 2021 BY WHICH THE REGULATORY BASES OF THE COVID LINE OF DIRECT AID TO SELF-EMPLOYEES AND COMPANIES OF THE REGION OF MURCIA ARE APPROVED , PROVIDED FOR IN ROYAL DECREE-LAW 5/2021, OF MARCH 12, ON EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES TO SUPPORT BUSINESS SOLVENCY IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, MODIFIED BY ROYAL DECREE-LAW 6/2021, OF 20 APRIL.

Single item: The Order of the Ministry of Business, Employment, Universities and Spokesperson, of May 31, 2021 is modified, which approves the regulatory bases of the COVID line of direct aid to freelancers and companies in the Murcia region, provided for in Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, modified by Royal Decree-Law 6/2021, of April 20, in the following terms:

1.- Section 2 of article 3 is modified, which is worded as follows:

However, businessmen or professionals, entities and consolidated groups that present losses in 2019 They will be able to access the aid as long as they do not present recurring losses; For this they must have obtained benefits in 2018, Likewise, business or professional entities established or that began their activity in 2019 with losses in that year can access the aid. "

2.- The tenth paragraph of section 5 of article 7 is modified, which is worded as follows:

- “AEAT certificate proving that there was no negative net result in the declaration of Personal Income Tax corresponding to 2018 and 2019, for the economic activities in which they had applied the direct estimation method for their determination. or if the tax base of the Corporation Tax or the Non-Resident Income Tax has been negative in those years, before the application of the capitalization reserve and compensation of negative tax bases. "

3.- Annex I is modified, incorporating new activities classified in codes of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE-2009), which is worded as follows:
