EXTRACT FROM THE RESOLUTION OF JUNE 3, 2021 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION OF MURCIA TO CALL FOR DIRECT AID TO SELF-EMPLOYEES AND COMPANIES TO SUPPORT BUSINESS SOLVENCY IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

First. Beneficiaries:

Companies, businessmen or professionals and entities that meet the requirements established in article 3 of the Order of Regulatory Bases.

Second. Object:

It is the object of this call, in accordance with the competitive competition regime, provided for in Chapter I, of Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies from the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the application in the Region of Murcia of the subsidies of the Covid line, financed by the Government of Spain, to support the solvency and reduction of the indebtedness of the private sector.

Third. Regulatory bases:

Order of May 31, 2021 of the Ministry of Business, Employment, Universities and Spokesperson, approving the regulatory bases of the COVID line of direct aid to self-employed and companies in the Region of Murcia, provided for in the Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, of extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, modified by Royal Decree-Law 6/2021, of April 20 (BORM. No. 125 of June 2, 2021).

Bedroom. Financing:

The maximum available credit available to this call is one hundred forty-two million five hundred twenty-two thousand nine hundred ten euros (142,522,910 euros).

Fifth. Eligible expenses.

The expenses that are destined to the satisfaction of the debt and payments to suppliers, including the payrolls of the workers, and other creditors, financial and non-financial, as well as the fixed costs incurred, as long as these have accrued between the March 1, 2020 and May 31, 2021 and come from contracts prior to March 13, 2021.

Sixth. Grant amount:

a) In the case of businessmen or professionals who apply the objective estimation regime in the Personal Income Tax, the maximum subsidy will be 3,000 euros per beneficiary.

b) For the rest of the beneficiaries, the subsidy will be between € 4,000.00 and € 200,000.00.

Seventh. Presentation and deadline:

The grant application may be submitted in a standardized model within a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days from 9:00 am on the first business day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, by accessing the website https://ayudasolvenciaempresarial.institutofomentomurcia.es/
